What are the responsibilities and job description for the GI Tech position at Dallas Endoscopy Center?
-Assist physicians with procedures (Colonoscopy, EGD)
-Responsible for procedure room turn over between cases in a timely manner
-Prepare specimens, label them correctly, delivers specimen to appropriate area
-Cleans, disinfects and sterilizes endoscopes
-Assist preop and postop with patient care and putting clean linen on beds
-Assist with patient call backs
-Able to stand for prolonged periods
