Position Overview
As the Property Manager, you will oversee all aspects of operations, financial performance, and resident satisfaction for our 400-unit/3 property- Class A community. This role requires a hands-on, strategic leader with strong financial acumen, team management skills, and a passion for delivering an unparalleled residential experience.
Key Responsibilities
Property Operations & Financial Management
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient management, maintenance, and resident satisfaction.
• Develop and execute budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-effective strategies to maximize NOI.
• Ensure accurate reporting on financials, occupancy, and market trends.
• Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
Team Leadership & Development
• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing on-site team, including leasing, maintenance, and concierge staff.
• Foster a positive team culture focused on customer service, accountability, and professional growth.
• Implement best practices for team performance, coaching, and retention.
Leasing & Resident Experience
• Drive leasing efforts to maintain high occupancy and low turnover through strategic marketing and resident engagement.
• Oversee resident relations, ensuring superior customer service and prompt resolution of concerns.
• Implement community events and engagement initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction and retention.
Maintenance & Asset Management
• Partner with the maintenance team to ensure timely and high-quality unit turns, service requests, and preventative maintenance programs.
• Oversee capital improvement projects and vendor management to maintain the property’s Class A standards.
• Ensure curb appeal and common area excellence to reflect the luxury nature of the community.
Qualifications & Experience
• 5 years of experience in Class A multifamily property management, preferably in an owner-managed environment.
• Proven success in financial management, including budgeting, expense control, and revenue optimization.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing on-site teams of 10 employees.
• In-depth knowledge of Dallas multifamily market trends and competitive landscape.
• Proficiency in property management software-Real Page, Knock
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
