BCBA/Clinical Director - Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Cross Roads, TX (East of Denton, TX)

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Active BACB Certification
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Clear criminal background check
• Strong oral and written communication skills
Job Description:
• Full-time, in-center position: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with lunch break)
• Weekly in-home client supervision: Once per week from 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM
• Conduct client assessments (e.g., VB-Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions)
• Develop individualized, research-based programs for clients
• Monitor and update client programs based on progress
• Lead weekly parent training sessions and provide progress updates
• Supervise interns and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in both center and home settings
• Participate in weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service trainings
• Handle insurance correspondence, including pre-authorization requests
• Provide training for interns and trainers
• Respond to insurance audits
• Oversee safety management
