We are actively seeking a full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Missouri City, TX to join our growing team. Here, you’ll be a valued professional, not just a number.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education & Certification:
- Master’s Degree in ABA or a related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
- Licensed Behavior Analyst in Texas
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinic setting
- Experience managing a team of 10 employees
- Availability Monday – Friday
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent multi-tasking abilities
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Passion for working with children
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Functional Assessments, Functional Analysis)
- Develop and update behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs
- Oversee data collection and modify treatments based on progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and insurance reports
- Supervise and mentor behavior technicians, providing feedback and modeling best practices
- Collaborate with ABA team members and other therapy providers (speech, OT, PT)
- Provide parent training for treatment consistency at home
- Offer supervision for BCBA candidates per BACB guidelines
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and BACB regulations, including HIPAA policies
- Maintain professional and ethical conduct at all times
- Participate in team meetings and companywide training sessions
