Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Director (BCBA) fluent in Applied Behavior Analysis to join our team in Kingwood, TX. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Leadership and Supervision: Mentor and supervise BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff to ensure high performance, quality, productivity, and morale.
- Scheduling and Hours Management: Review and optimize BCBA and RBT schedules, address conflicts, and ensure billed hours targets are met.
- Clinic Operations: Drive BCBA/RBT billable hours and achieve clinic growth goals; ensure 85% of authorized care is delivered.
- Insurance and Billing: Maintain in-depth knowledge of insurance requirements, codes, and billing practices.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct performance evaluations for clinical staff and ensure timely reviews for RBTs by supervising BCBAs.
- Professional Development: Attend conferences to maintain CEUs and expand knowledge to guide and support the supervision team.
- Client Intake Management: Collaborate with the Intake and Business Manager to process client intakes efficiently.
- Scheduling and Assessments: Coordinate schedules with the Scheduler and conduct assessments as needed.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Review treatment plans, ensure timely P2P reviews and appeals, and monitor caseload documentation.
- Staffing and Recruitment: Monitor staffing needs, propose hiring plans, and conduct interviews as necessary.
- Process Improvement: Recommend operational changes to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operations Officer.
- Client Relations: Build rapport with clients and families while providing clinical consultations to BCBAs, RBTs, school professionals, and parents/guardians.
- Therapy Oversight: Ensure best clinical practices in therapy programs, deliver direct clinical services, and maintain an appropriate caseload.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Active BCBA certification, state licensure, and good standing with BACB.
- Proficiency in systems like Central Reach and SharePoint.
- Strong decision-making skills with a focus on company success.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to provide timely follow-ups to clients and vendors.
- Demonstrates thoroughness and attention to detail.
Compensation and Benefits:
