Job Summary
Our client a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in McKinney TX is seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Director / Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our clinical team. This role offers an opportunity to oversee the delivery of highquality evidencebased ABA services to clients with autism and related developmental disabilities while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for our staff. Located in the vibrant and growing community of McKinney TX just 30 miles north of Dallas this position is ideal for a passionate leader eager to make a lasting impact.
As the Clinical Director you will supervise a team of BCBAs and behavior technicians develop and implement individualized treatment plans and ensure clinical excellence across programs. We are looking for a proactive compassionate professional with strong leadership skills and a commitment to improving the lives of our clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Leadership : Oversee the development implementation and monitoring of ABA treatment plans to ensure they are individualized effective and aligned with best practices.
- Supervision : Provide direct supervision mentorship and training to BCBAs BCaBAs RBTs and other clinical staff fostering professional growth and maintaining high standards of care.
- Program Management : Manage daytoday clinical operations including scheduling caseload assignments and quality assurance reviews.
- Client Care : Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) analyze data and design behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to address client needs.
- Compliance : Ensure all services comply with ethical guidelines (e.g. BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code) state regulations and insurance requirements.
- Collaboration : Partner with families caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support client goals and promote generalization of skills across settings.
- Training & Development : Lead staff training initiatives including workshops and ongoing education to enhance clinical competency and stay current with ABA research.
- Performance Evaluation : Conduct regular performance reviews provide constructive feedback and support staff in meeting certification and licensure requirements.
- Business Development : Collaborate with administrative leadership to expand services improve client outcomes and contribute to organizational growth in the McKinney area.
Qualifications
Expertise in conducting FBAs developing BIPs and analyzing behavioral data.
