- Lead planning and execution of assigned portions of large-scale district events, programs, and processes including but not limited to Orientation for New Employees, New Teacher Academy, service awards, and employee recognition programs.
- Conduct a needs assessment to identify and prioritize areas of opportunity (e.g. effective delegation, relationship, and conflict management) for central staff leaders with the goal of building and implementing an effective leadership development training series for new central leaders.
- Design, conduct, and analyze surveys, and other evidence-based methods, to make recommendations for improvement of the district’s employee experience programs.
- Maintain Employee Experience presence on district internet and social media sites with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, marketing, and positive brand recognition.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees by responding to telephone, email, and in-person inquiries for HCM Employee Experience programs, while remaining impartial and confidential.
- Perform all other tasks and duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a directly related field; Master's degree from an accredited university preferred.
- Project Management Professional Certificate (PMP), preferred.
- Five plus years in direct experience in education, preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, including attention to detail and adhering to strict deadlines.
- Ability to follow instructions, set priorities, proofread and produce work product with minimal errors, and meet deadlines while effectively functioning in a fluctuating workload.
- Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills; experience working as a member of a team toward a common goal.
- Familiar with logistical and research-based support elements of employee growth and development including providing onboarding support for new hires to reduce attrition and enhance the employee experience.
- Ability to design and deliver effective online and in-person learning for adults.
