Description

• Develop a strategic plan to serve High Priority Campuses (HPC’s) with academic resources and materials to support student academic success and graduation ({Family Resources On the Go) Bus Stops).
• Safely operates both , ensuring timely and efficient transportation of educational resources and materials to selected campuses.
• Ensures routine maintenance and minor repairs are completed to keep the vehicle in good working condition.
• Maintain coordination and communication with FCE staff to ensure personnel coverage for all stations during
• Oversee inventory control to ensure accurate tracking of, proper storage, and rotation of student uniforms.
• Coordinate and oversee the receiving of good from suppliers and ensure that uniform orders are accurately fulfilled.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting for inventory needs, including planning seasonal fluctuations.
• Provide support learning opportunities on Uniform Assistance Program for school staff and families.
• Develop a strategic plan to host five Fam Jam events per school year : (one per region).
• Collaborate with FCE staff and campus staff, to provide continuous support for Parent Portal and Uniform Assistance and Family Resources On the Go ().
• Represent the department with organizations and individuals to expand resources and introduce new initiative to better support families.
• Collaborate with campus leadership team to develop parent engagement strategies to increase student achievement.
• Research current studies on parent engagement and identify best practices on parent resources and parent outreach
• Performs all other tasks and duties as assigned by the FCE Manager.
