The Clinic - Receptionist:
-serves as telephone operator, greets patients, and makes sure that necessary paperwork is completed.
-collects co-pays/deductibles as per company policy,
-schedules and reschedules patients' appointments per established protocols by provider
-serves as a primary customer service representative for the clinic
-completes other duties and special projects, as assigned or requested
Education and Work Experience
- Previous medical office receptionist experience preferred.
- BLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current.
