Responsibilities
The Clinic - Receptionist :
- serves as telephone operator, greets patients, and makes sure that necessary paperwork is completed.
- collects co-pays / deductibles as per company policy,
- schedules and reschedules patients' appointments per established protocols by provider
- serves as a primary customer service representative for the clinic
- completes other duties and special projects, as assigned or requested
