We have an immediate opening for a dedicated Billing Compliance Specialist to join our Revenue Cycle team at our Corporate office in Dallas, TX. The Billing Compliance Specialist will have primary responsibility for auditing, monitoring, & educating all providers at the practice. This team member will also be responsible for coding and working coding related claims edits/denials. This team member will report findings to RCM Management on a weekly and monthly basis. The Billing Compliance Specialist will be able maintain annual coding updates impacting Nephrology and disseminate regulatory and internal procedures for area employees.
Qualifications for this role:
- 5 years’ experience working in compliance, coding, auditing, and professional medical claims REQUIRED
- Certified coder REQUIRED
- Past experience working with physicians and advanced practice providers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
