Customer Service Representative

We have an immediate opening for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Billing team. We are looking for a teammate that can independently perform all activities associated with reducing the ending balance of patient accounts assigned. This team member works closely with Financial Representatives to resolve and identify patient’s ability to pay. They will serve as the primary point of contract providing patients with financial support. Financial counseling will include a complete financial assessment and all know avenues of repayment options.

Qualifications for this role include:

• High School Diploma REQUIRED
• 5 Years personal medical Collections experience REQUIRED
• Bilingual English/Spanish REQUIRED

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.50 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
