What you’ll do :
Develop and execute paid search campaigns.
Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and ad spend to maximize ROI and drive results.
Contribute to paid search strategy, budget and media planning, reporting, and forecasting in collaboration with other White Unicorn Agency teams.
Support the creation of testing and learning roadmaps, ongoing data analysis, and presenting results and insights for our brand partners and internal teams.
Manage copy to optimize performance and achieve client objectives
Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reporting and insights to clients.
Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure campaign integration and alignment with wider marketing goals.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in search advertising and adjust strategies accordingly.
Job Qualifications
6 years of experience in media buying on Google's Ad platform with a focus on paid
search
Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok, Snapchat, and other social media advertising platforms is a plus.
Strong data analysis skills and the ability to derive insights from campaign performance data.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights and strategies to clients and stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
Proven ability to drive results and achieve client objectives.
You can use Excel and other data analysis tools for ongoing and ad hoc data reporting, and are able to present data stories and insights for other WUA teams, our client representatives, and platform partners.
