Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled CVOR RN Circulator to join our team and provide exceptional care in a fast-paced, surgical setting. This full-time role offers competitive pay ranging from $32.00 to $47.00 per hour, plus shift differentials: $3.50 for nights, on-call, and weekends. Sign- on bonuses and relocation assistance are available on a case-by-case basis.
As a CVOR RN Circulator, you will collaborate with an experienced heart team, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other medical professionals, to deliver high-quality care to our patients. You will play a critical role in preparing the operating room, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining sterile conditions throughout surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in emergency and scheduled surgical procedures
Coordinate communication between the surgical team and patients' families
Organize and manage necessary supplies for surgical procedures
Monitor and assess patients pre-, during, and post-surgery
Maintain sterile environments and follow best practices for patient safety
Ensure accurate documentation and medication administration during procedures
Participate in post-operative care planning and communicate rehabilitation steps to patients and families
Qualifications:
Education: Graduate from an accredited Nursing program (Associate's Degree or higher required)
License: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in SC or Compact/Multi-State RN License
Certifications: Current BLS from American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
Experience: Minimum 1-year experience in CVOR nursing is required
Work Schedule:
Full-Time, 12-Hour Shifts, rotating weekends
On-call required: 8-10 call shifts every 4 weeks
