This role requires extensive experience in system analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and user acceptance testing within public service or healthcare environments.
As a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing user requirements, preparing testing plans, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring the successful implementation of system improvements. You will also support training and documentation needs and proactively identify and address project risks.

As a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing user requirements, preparing testing plans, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring the successful implementation of system improvements. You will also support training and documentation needs and proactively identify and address project risks.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to the participant portal, MIS, and EBT systems.
- Gather and document business and user requirements from both central and local stakeholders.
- Develop and conduct formal training sessions related to MIS modules.
- Design, develop, and execute user acceptance test (UAT) cases.
- Communicate system changes and testing feedback to business leads.
- Provide detailed reviews and feedback on system release notes and related documentation.
- Track and report on project deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Review and provide comments on design documents and project deliverables.
- Monitor and report dual participation records and sprint summaries.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to internal and external users.
- Minimum 8 years' experience supporting MIS and EBT systems, preferably in a public health setting.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot system issues and develop solutions collaboratively.
- Strong background in conducting training and developing curriculum.
- Experience analyzing user requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
- Demonstrated experience with UAT planning, development, and execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in project tracking and risk identification.
- Familiarity with dual participation tracking in MIS systems.
- Project management experience or PMP certification.
- Pay rate range: $70-75/hr on W2
- Hybrid work model (on-site and telework in Austin, TX). 4 days onsite, 1 remote.
