- Guiding the learning process toward the achievement of the District's curriculum goals and objectives.
- Employing a variety of instructional techniques and future-focused strategies including the use of technology and whole-group / small-group learning.
- Facilitating success and growth in students' academic and interpersonal skills through an inclusive environment with equitable practices.
- Assessing student goals and progress while modifying instructional methods to fit individualized student needs.

- Effectively communicating and collaborating with administrators, staff members and parents.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Valid PA Instructional I or II Teaching Certificate:
- Grade PK-4 (2825) OR
- Elementary Education K-6 (2810)
- Related teaching experience preferred
- Willingness to be flexible in terms of teaching assignment within the school setting
- Completion of all mandated pre-employment documents
