Dalmark Management Group is actively seeking a Regional Manager with affordable housing experience (LIHTC and Section 8). Our Regional Managers provide leadership and support to our onsite community teams while ensuring residents, clients, and team members experience our company’s standards of excellence. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for effectively managing operations of your assigned portfolio, including general administration and maintenance for the communities, leadership of personnel, and development of financial budgets. Additionally, you would be responsible for meeting NOI expectations and managing property analysis and reporting to the executive team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and practices to achieve portfolio performance objectives
· Meet budget and financial goals and objectives for each assigned community
· Responsible for weekly and monthly reporting on operations and financial status of each assigned community
· Cultivate, support, and lead onsite team members to analyze specific opportunities for improvement, recognize strengths and successes, provide solutions, and monitor outcomes
· Responsible for monthly review of financial reporting and budget variance analysis
· Oversee annual budgeting process with property managers and owners
· Monitor budget control by reviewing purchase orders
· Conduct monthly onsite inspections of each assigned community
· Regularly visit each assigned community to ensure smooth functioning and organization of site offices and facilities
· Monitor property maintenance issues and recommend solutions to maintain asset
· Oversee all major capital improvements
· Ensure compliance with affordable housing program regulations
· Ensure all communities are always well prepared for a regulatory agency inspection (REAC, MOR, etc)
· Implement and manage marketing strategies for assigned communities
· Ability to travel across Missouri and/or Kansas.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· [Required] High School Diploma or GED equivalent
· [Required] 2 Years of related regional or multi-site experience in the multifamily industry
· [Preferred] 2 years of cumulative affordable housing experience (Tax Credit, Section 8, or combination)
· [Required] Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
· [Preferred] Strong knowledge of Property Management Software (RealPage), or ability and willingness to learn software program
· [Preferred] Industry designations or certifications (ARM, CPM, CAM, CAPS, HCCP, COS, etc)
