The EDI / B2B Support Analyst is an established performer who works to support the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of EDI / B2B solutions to empower our sales teams and drive business growth. This role will collaborate closely IT teams, and external vendors to ensure the successful deployment and utilization of EDI / B2B tools and platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Position :
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of EDI / B2B solutions, including ERP systems, Integration tools, and sales automation platforms.
- Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure the successful deployment and integration of sales technology tools.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform sales strategy and decision-making.
- Work with IT teams and vendors to optimize the configuration and customization of EDI / B2B solutions.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate sales processes through the use of technology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Work on projects and assignments as part EDI / B2B team.
- Maintain documentation for integration processes, configurations, and support troubleshooting.
- Effectively apply functional, process, and procedural or EDI / B2B knowledge to address business challenges.
- Conduct analysis, integration, and coordination of various elements in assigned areas of supporting supply chain.
- Perform other duties as needed.
