Job Description : We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to help clients find the right insurance products to protect their dreams. This role offers a unique opportunity for career growth, including the potential to own your own American Family Insurance agency in the future.

Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.

Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.

Assist clients with policy changes, claims, and other inquiries.

Collaborate with team members to achieve agency objectives.

Qualifications :

Able to obtain Property & Casualty license ahead of first day of employment

Able to obtain Life license ahead of first day of employment

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
