Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified low voltage electrical superintendent. Candidate must take pride in their work and be able to work independently, be responsible, professional, punctual, communicative, and have a neat, clean, and professional appearance.

Duties

  • Install, maintain, and repair low voltage systems in accordance with industry standards and project specifications.
  • Read, draw, and interpret wiring diagrams / blueprints to ensure accurate installation and compliance with design requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers to assist in construction estimating and project scheduling.
  • Utilize software tools such as ProCore and Prolog for project documentation and tracking.
  • Supervise junior technicians or contractors during installations to ensure quality workmanship.
  • Conduct regular inspections of installed systems to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
  • Adhere to OSHA regulations and safety protocols while working on job sites.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and any challenges encountered.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or technical degree in electrical systems or 3 years field experience. Proven experience as a Low Voltage Technician or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of low voltage systems, including security, telecommunications, and data networks.
  • Familiarity with construction estimating practices and project management software (ProCore, Prolog).
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
  • Experience in supervising teams or subcontractors is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of pipeline construction practices is advantageous but not required.

Pay: $25.00 - $60.00 per hour
