Job Description
The Administrative Assistant will provide vital support to the SPC Building Services team by managing daily office operations, handling communications, and assisting with various administrative tasks. This role requires a proactive individual who can juggle multiple responsibilities with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Proposal & Documentation Support
Write, edit, and finalize high-quality proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs.
Assist in preparing, editing, and distributing documents, reports, and presentations.
Office & Communication Management
Maintain a well-organized office environment, including managing supplies and vendor coordination.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with clients, suppliers, and team members.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Administrative & Data Management
Accurately input and maintain data in company databases.
Maintain and organize both electronic and physical records in compliance with company policies.
Client & Team Support
Assist in coordinating client meetings, project updates, and follow-ups.
Provide administrative support to sales, project management, and marketing teams.
Help plan and execute company events, meetings, and training sessions.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in construction or a related industry.
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred).
Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (but not required).
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range : $24.00 - $25.00 per hour (DOE)
Employment Type : Full-time, Non-Exempt
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Work Location & Requirements
Location : Riverside, CA 92503
Commute : Reliable transportation required.
Relocation : Must relocate before starting work, if applicable.
Work Environment : In-person at our office.
