Primary Functions:
- Aggressively pursue revenue goals and manage the annual budget
- Effectively control operational expenses and implement cost-saving strategies
- Ensure guest satisfaction and quality standards are met/exceeded
- Provide leadership support to the sales team and capitalize on revenue opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with the community
- Salary is a base and quarterly bonus based on hotel performance
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of hotel operations experience with 2 years at the management level
- Strong leadership skills and willingness to work 50 hours per week
- Bilingual Preferred
- IHG experience required
Specific Responsibilities:
- Send daily activity and accomplishment emails
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve financial goals
- Maintain high personal visibility throughout the property
- Stay informed about local competition and industry trends
- Manage emergencies at the hotel and communicate effectively
