Are you the kind of person who can juggle HR duties while crafting an engaging social media post? As our HR Coordinator & Social Media Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our HR team, ensuring our employees are supported, engaged, and thriving. What You’ll Be Doing
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Craft job postings that make candidates excited to apply.
- Schedule interviews and keep the hiring process smooth and engaging.
- Make onboarding a celebration—because first impressions matter.
Employee Experience & Culture
- Be the go-to person for HR support, providing guidance and solutions.
- Organize creative team-building activities that bring employees together.
- Maintain a positive and professional workplace culture.
Social Media & Branding
- Create and manage engaging social media content for our hotel brands.
- Highlight our company culture, team, and guest experiences online.
- Showcase our community impact and charitable initiatives—because we believe in giving back.
HR Admin & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR processes run smoothly.
- Assist with payroll changes and time-off requests.
- Stay on top of labor laws and HR best practices.
Learning & Growth
- Coordinate training sessions to help our team grow and succeed.
- Track employee progress and celebrate their achievements.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Experience in Social media management.
- Education: A degree in HR, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but we value skills and attitude just as much.
- Skills: Organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and a strong communicator.
- Personality: Outgoing, creative, and resourceful with a passion for people and storytelling.
