Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lead Technician to join our team in the restoration industry. Duties
- Oversee and coordinate restoration projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Perform carpet cleaning, asbestos abatement, and other specialized restoration services as needed.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to restore damaged properties to their original condition.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices in the restoration industry.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Document project progress and report any issues or concerns to management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in the restoration industry, with a focus on fire restoration, water damage restoration, or similar fields.
- Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques and equipment.
- Strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in restoration work.
