Summary

The Sales Recruiter is a dual role responsible for sales and recruitment expertise to drive business growth and ensure the successful placement of top-tier candidates with clients. The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships with potential clients and candidates, matching client needs with the best talent available and achieving sales and recruitment targets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties as assigned)
- Source, screen, interview, assess and reference check candidates for DaMar clients. (Work hard to build relationships with candidates)
- Build DaMar candidate pool through social media (Facebook, Linkedin etc.), job boards, internet sites, and increasing relationships with colleges / universities, career fairs etc.
- Network through industry contacts, associations, trade groups, coworkers for active and passive candidates.
- Continuously explore new recruiting sources, job boards and forums in effort to grow candidate pool.
- Evaluate candidates by discussing job requirements and skills / capabilities, analyzing assessments and reference checks. (Goal is to identify any potential candidate red flags)
- Prescreen candidates with consistent use of interview guides while providing complete, accurate information to candidate about open positions.
- Communicate with staffing consultants and or clients regarding specific job orders, candidate submittals and other candidate matters.
- Ensure all hiring paperwork is filled out thoroughly and all required screening protocols are completed when required by client.
- Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates during the interview and hiring process.
- Organize, lead and document post-interview debrief / feedback sessions with candidates.
- Assist with following up with current employees to get feedback on their experience with client.
- Document all activities and submit weekly reports. Update company CRM (Zoho)
- Assist with special projects when presented.
