About the Role
This position involves coordinating procurement activities for various services and materials, focusing on SAP S4 Sourcing and Procurement expertise. The selected candidate will serve as a business point of contact and SME for the ERP Upgrade Project, emphasizing Contracting, Sourcing, and Procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project coordination, including data management, testing, and support for Sourcing & Procurement subsystems.
- Document workflow processes, identify and resolve system/process gaps, and provide strategic oversight for new and existing business requirements.
- Collaborate with IT, the system integrator, and procurement teams to develop reporting capabilities and support data profiling, cleansing, and validation activities.
- Support project testing, cutover, and Hypercare post-go-live, as well as training, documentation, and change management processes.
