About the Role: We are seeking an experienced SAP Procurement Project Coordinator with at least five years of experience in SAP Procurement and Logistics modules. This role involves coordinating procurement activities for a range of services and materials, with a focus on SAP S4 Sourcing and Procurement expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a business point of contact and SME for the ERP Upgrade Project, with an emphasis on Contracting, Sourcing, and Procurement processes.
- Lead project coordination, including data management, testing, and support for Sourcing & Procurement subsystems.
- Document workflow processes, identify and resolve system/process gaps, and provide strategic oversight for new and existing business requirements.
- Collaborate with IT, the system integrator, and procurement teams to develop reporting capabilities and support data profiling, cleansing, and validation activities.
- Support project testing, cutover, and Hypercare post-go-live, as well as training, documentation, and change management processes.
Requirements:
- Proficient in SAP Procurement and Logistics with hands-on experience in project management and system integration
- Minimum 5 years in SAP Procurement and Logistics modules
- Detail-oriented and analytical thinker
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Experience in complex systems project management, including planning, scheduling, monitoring, and problem-solving
- Proficiency in inventory management, warehouse management, barcoding applications, etc.
- Extensive knowledge of:
- Supplier Lifecycle Management
- Billing and invoicing with Accounts Payable integration
- Vendor portals for supplier management
- Purchase Requisitions/Shopping Carts, approvals, issuance of Purchase Orders, and RFx, vendor, and contract management
- SAP S4 Sourcing and Procurement Fiori apps and configurations
- Experience with SAP S4 Sourcing and Procurement application operation and configuration
- Strong technical writing skills
