Overview : We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Management Specialist with at least 3 years of expertise in SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and related project management and technical skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in systems project management and be comfortable leading process discovery and design workshops.
Minimum 3 years' experience with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics
Strong project management experience, including planning, scheduling, monitoring, and problem-solving in complex systems
Proven ability to lead process discovery and design workshops, focusing on SAP portfolio and project management solutions
Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP PS (Project System), and PPM (Project Portfolio Management)
Background in the transportation industry is a plus
Proficient in technical writing for documentation and communication purposes
Key Responsibilities :
Act as the business point of contact and subject matter expert (SME) for the SMART Project.
Serve as SME for Capital Expenditure Lifecycle & PPM business processes, supporting ERP implementation, application, processes, and related systems.
Provide leadership in project coordination, data management, testing, and supporting assigned PPM subsystems, drafting or revising policies as needed.
Offer strategic oversight on reporting requirements, partnering with IT and Master Data for efficient solutions.
Collaborate with the system integrator, IT, and Finance teams to enhance reporting capabilities and support data profiling, cleansing, and validation.
Support project testing, identify and document gaps, risks, and mitigation strategies, and provide cutover and Hypercare support post-go-live.
Develop and document workflow processes within ERP systems, working closely with IT staff to implement complex workflows.
Assist in identifying training needs and developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentation as necessary.
Ensure that all modifications and upgrades are thoroughly tested before going live.
Promote best practices in system and process change management, documentation, and development of standards for workflows and procedures.
