Job Description : Workday Senior Consultant
Overview : Looking for an experienced Workday Senior Consultant with a deep understanding of the Workday platform, including all modules, customization, and integration needs. The ideal candidate has over 12 years of hands-on experience with Workday in a transformational business environment, showcasing expertise in implementing and optimizing Workday to drive business performance and streamline HR and financial processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday modules, ensuring seamless alignment with the organization's business goals and processes. Must have experience of working on integration with other HCM tools, as well as understanding of supporting migration efforts, where programs involve multiple HCM tools.
- Customize and configure Workday to meet unique business requirements, enhancing HR, payroll, and financial functions and delivering a tailored experience to end-users.
- Develop and manage Workday integrations with other enterprise systems, using Workday Studio, Workday Integration Cloud, and other tools to ensure data consistency and seamless operations across systems.
- Work in a transformational business environment, providing strategic insights to optimize HR, finance, and operational processes while leveraging the full capabilities of Workday.
- Partner with stakeholders, including HR, finance, and IT, to gather requirements, identify improvement areas, and deliver a solution that aligns with business objectives and enhances user satisfaction.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing high-level troubleshooting support for complex issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective resolution and ongoing system improvements.
- Drive change management initiatives by developing training programs, conducting workshops, and preparing user guides to ensure smooth transitions and strong user adoption of new Workday functionalities.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and detailed reporting for key stakeholders and management.
