What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Assistant - Part Time, Seasonal position at Dan and Jerry's Greenhouses?
This is a part time, seasonal position that will start Mid-February through Late May 2025 and average about 30 hours a week.

POSITION SUMMARY :
We are looking for a customer service assistant whose focus will be supporting the Customer Service Lead and Sales / Merchandiser staff. This position will assist in daily tasks with emphasis on quality control and customer service. This individual should have a high level of attention to detail, ability to focus on and complete assigned tasks with a sense of urgency, and excellent communication with both staff and customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (comprehensive, but not limited to) :
- Make & receive phone calls
- Quality control, checking orders before they leave facility.
- Following up with managers about orders.
- Communicating with team members and customers to give order updates
- Checking orders for accuracy
- Order entry
- Other duties as assigned by Customer Service Lead
