Duties:
- Provide support to the marketing department and its director
- Assist in executing marketing strategy
- Work with marketing team to manage brand and marketing initiatives
- Develop and execute marketing events and campaigns
- Perform market research.
- Create reports on marketing performance.
- Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives.
- Assist with social media and website content.
- Attend trade shows, company events.
- Organize and manage marketing collateral
This is a 40 hour per week full-time position with full benefits including health insurance, 401k with company match, paid holidays, paid vacation and PTO. This individual will be a part of many company-sponsored events both in and out of state.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Comfort with multi-tasking
- Excellent time management skills
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities
- Familiarity with social media, social networking, and design elements
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma required; College degree preferred but not required
- 1 year experience in marketing or equivalent field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience with Adobe Creative (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier) preferred but not required
- Digital photography experience a plus
