Core Duties:
- Delivering and Picking Up Parts:
The primary function is to transport parts, equipment, and other supplies to and from the dealership and various customer locations.
- Loading and Unloading:
Assisting with loading and unloading parts from the delivery vehicle, ensuring parts are secured and handled safely.
- Route Management:
Using navigational technology to find and follow optimal routes, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Documentation:
Maintaining detailed delivery logs, including tracking parts, signatures, and any issues encountered during delivery.
- Customer Interaction:
Interacting with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Vehicle Maintenance:
Performing routine vehicle maintenance checks, such as oil levels and tire pressure, and reporting any issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Safety:
Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures, including pre- and post-trip safety checks.
- Handling Cash and Reconciling Invoices:
