What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Success Advocate position at Dan Cummins of Georgetown?
Our sales and service departments are growing and we are need of additional customer success advocates.
Duties include:
*Responsible for manufacturer surveys processes and returns
*Following up with customers after purchase or service
*Assist customers with any other needs they may have with their vehicle
You will need
- A passion for consistently providing high level customer experiences
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and time management
- The willingness to learn and help
- To be capable of problem solving while results driven
- The ability to explain based on product knowledge and technical skill
- Minor computer skills
- Professionalism and the ability and desire for growth
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
