Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers in scheduling service appointments
- Proactively reach out to service prospects via phone
- Accurately log customer information into our software system
- Respond to customer inquiries through web-based requests
- Follow up with customers via phone, text, and email
- Utilize MS Office, email, and internet-based tools efficiently
- Learn and understand the maintenance services we offer
- Navigate and use multiple computer programs effectively
- Maintain strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
Qualifications:
- A professional presence and strong work ethic
- A positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Experience in a high-volume call environment (a plus)
- Prior experience working with computer database systems (a plus)
- Previous sales or retail experience (a plus)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
