Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator Assistant to manage a variety of essential administrative tasks. In this role, you will oversee collections, dispatch phone calls, handle timesheet entries, and provide general administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collections Management: Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on overdue payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Dispatching Phone Calls: Answer calls, take messages, transfer inquiries, and manage operator schedules.
- Timesheet Entry: Verify timesheets and submit to payroll department.
- Purchase Order (PO) Entry: Enter purchase orders into the system, verify details, and maintain PO records.
- General Administrative Support: Perform filing, data entry, manage office supplies, and coordinate meetings or travel.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration, with expertise in collections, phone handling, payroll, and new hires.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and prioritize tasks effectively.
