Dan-O's Seasoning is seeking an experienced and creative Culinary Manager to join our dynamic team. This position is integral to innovating and showcasing the versatility of Dan-O's Seasoning through various recipes. The ideal candidate will be a classically trained chef with a flair for American cuisine, ready to collaborate closely with our company Founder and contribute to our growing social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Recipe Development: Craft innovative and appealing recipes that highlight the unique flavors of Dan-O's Seasoning. Experiment with various culinary techniques to showcase our product in a range of American and fusion dishes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the company Founder to develop recipe concepts that align with our brand values and culinary direction.
- Social Media Content Creation: Assist in producing engaging content for our social media platforms. This includes ideation, planning, and execution of recipe videos and other culinary showcases.
- Video Production Assistance: Actively participate in video production shoots, which includes securing ingredients, preparing the kitchen, plating dishes artistically, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment post-production.
- On-Screen Appearances: Occasionally appear on camera for social media content, demonstrating recipes and sharing culinary tips, thereby enhancing brand engagement and audience interaction.
- Spokesperson Duties: Represent Dan-O's Seasoning at events or in media appearances, articulating the brand’s culinary vision and product benefits.
Qualifications:
- Culinary Expertise: Experience in culinary arts,with a specialization in American cuisine. Classically trained chefs with a strong foundation in various cooking techniques will be preferred.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of professional culinary experience, with a proven track record of recipe development and kitchen management.
- Creativity and Innovation: An ability to think creatively about food, with a passion for experimenting with new flavors and techniques.
- Social Media Savvy: Comfortable with, or willing to learn, the basics of social media content creation. Previous experience in this area is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively represent the brand on camera and in public forums.
- Team Player: Must be collaborative and able to work well in a team environment, including coordinating with production staff and other team members.
