What you can expect to find here :

A high-performing, focused environment in a stylish office just outside the Loop;

A busy, fast-paced office where you'll be asked to manage competing demands and contribute to the team in a meaningful way. Working under the supervision of our senior designers and design director, you may be asked to prepare CAD drawings, presentation slides, proposals, to run errands, pull material samples or assist with on-site installations. No two days will be the same. This is an opportunity to gain experience at the top levels of residential interior design from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities :

Purchasing & Vendor Coordination :

Manage the procurement process for furnishings, fixtures, and materials.

Place and track orders, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.

Communicate with vendors and suppliers to confirm availability, pricing, and lead times.

Address and resolve any order discrepancies or damages.

Maintain detailed purchase records and project budgets.

Office & Administrative Support :

Assist with general office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and file management.

Support the design team with project-related administrative tasks.

Take primary responsibility for the overall condition of the office facilities including managing supply orders, watering plants, coordinating maintenance visits and other tasks that may be required to keep the office in tip top shape and ready for clients at all times.

Qualifications :

1 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative support (experience in the interior design industry is a plus).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (Studio Designer experience is a plus).

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with a dynamic team.
