We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Parts Specialist to join our team. As a Parts Specialist, you will be responsible for managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and providing exceptional support to our customers in need of automotive parts.

Duties
- Maintain accurate inventory control by tracking stock levels and placing orders as necessary.
- Assist techs in identifying and sourcing the correct automotive parts for their needs.
- Utilize our technology systems to process transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices for parts while ensuring quality standards are met.
- Provide expert advice on automotive diagnostics and repair solutions to customers.
- Fulfill customer orders promptly and ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Market available products and promotions to enhance sales opportunities.
- Support team members in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse customer base.
- Previous experience in automotive repair or parts sales is preferred.
- Strong understanding of inventory control processes and order fulfillment practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficient in using POS systems and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
