High-Level Description: The Solutions Architect designs and implements cross-domain solutions that meet both security and operational requirements. This role involves close interaction with stakeholders to develop secure, scalable, and cost-effective solutions.
Detailed Description: The Solutions Architect will be responsible for the technical design and architecture of cross-domain systems used to securely transfer data across multiple security classification levels. Working with both government and contractor teams, the Solutions Architect will ensure compliance with RMF, NIST, and IC security standards. This role involves conducting detailed analysis of current systems, designing custom cross-domain solutions using technologies like Garrison and Everfox, and providing high-level guidance during the deployment phase. The Solutions Architect will collaborate with the Program Manager and other engineering teams across CIO to ensure that designed systems are robust, secure, and scalable. Additionally, this role requires creating documentation, including system specifications, for the solutions implemented.
Requirements:
- Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Security CE certification and TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph required.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in systems design, architecture, and integration, with at least 5 years focusing on cross-domain solutions
- Expertise in RMF, NCDSMO RTB, DoDAF, and security standards for the IC
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members, and document system architecture and solutions.
