What You’ll Do:

🔹 Lead and manage complex tax engagements for high-value clients.

🔹 Oversee tax planning, compliance, and strategy for businesses & individuals.

🔹 Build strong client relationships and provide high-level tax consulting.

🔹 Mentor and develop tax professionals within the firm.

🔹 Drive firm growth through business development and client expansion.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 5–15 years of public accounting experience (Top 100 or national firm preferred).

✔ Strong background in Citrus, Trucking, or Nonprofit industries (preferred but not required).

✔ Exceptional client relationship skills – highly relational and business-savvy.

✔ High learning agility – adaptable and eager to expand expertise.

✔ Ideally has ties to Polk County (lived, worked, or educated).
