What are the responsibilities and job description for the Information Technology Business Analyst - Blue Cherry / Exenta position at Dana-co LLC?
We’re looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to support and enhance our business applications, acting as the bridge between IT and business units. You’ll bring a strong technical background, particularly with ERP/WMS platforms like Blue Cherry or Exenta, and expertise in workflow analysis, process improvement, and troubleshooting.
Only candidates currently residing in the New York metropolitan area will be considered for this position.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Blue Cherry or Exenta ERP/WMS
- Experience with SQL and database queries
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Ability to prioritize and work both independently and in teams
- Experience in the apparel/fashion industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
- Collaborate with business software providers to ensure timely resolutions
- Recommend and implement business process improvements
- Perform testing and validation for fixes, upgrades, or patches
- Consult with end-users to define reporting needs
- Lead projects, collaborate across teams, and deliver training
- Provide basic IT support as needed
