Loading Crew Member

Dana Distributors is currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Night Loading Crewmember to join our warehouse operations team. This position is critical for ensuring products are picked, palletized, and loaded accurately and efficiently each night.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Pick and palletize product according to pick sheets.
  • Wrap pallets securely before moving.
  • Transport completed pallets to respective trucks for loading and verification.
  • Clean up breakage and dispose of properly near the repack room.
  • Maintain a clean and organized picking area.

Qualifications:

• • Ability to read and follow basic written instructions and memos.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team setting.
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Ability to follow instructions and handle standard problems effectively.

Equipment Experience:

• • Forklift (certification preferred).
  • Manual pallet jack.

Physical Requirements:

• • Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach, and talk or hear.
  • Occasionally required to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.

• • Warehouse setting with occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
