Job Duties and Responsibilities
Dana Incorporated is seeking to fill Manufacturing Engineering positions for the 2025 Spring, Summer, and Fall at our manufacturing facility in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. This is a great opportunity to develop your technical skills by working alongside Dana's engineers in the completion of departmental oriented tasks, projects, and assignments.
Qualifications
Enrollment & active pursuit of a Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Engineering Specific majors : Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, Metallurgical, Computer Software, Electrical or Mechatronics, Information Technologies program.
- Proven work experience, strong analytical ability, & excellent mechanical aptitude.
- Self-directed & motivated individual with great organizational skills.
- Willing to do multiple assignments.
- Good oral & written communication skills.
- Must be able to interface in a team environment.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
- Assist with manufacturing process improvements.
- Participate in quality review and corrective action implementation.
