Key Responsibilities 

• Assist Outside Sales  

• Reading plans using (STACK) plan software. 

• Preparing a take-off from those plans. 

• Preparing a quote to the customer. 

• Obtaining quotes, spec sheet, drawing from vendors. 

• Learning area specs (MAG specs) for various locations. 

• Proficient in performing take-offs and pricing material lists from customer requirements. 

• Entering, processing and refining orders, communicating unit pricing, shipping details, and relevant information to customers. 

• Creates order, inputs data for total cost calculation using computer systems. 

• Organizes and files orders based on expected delivery dates. 

• Participates in safety and office protection planning activities. 

• Calculates price, discount, and shipping charges. 

• Promotes additional material sales to customers.  

• Collaborates with Dispatcher, Warehouse, and Purchasing to expedite or track missing or delayed shipments. 

• Pull orders, assist with walk in customers. 

• Directs orders to the Warehouse for fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery or shipment. 

• Forklift operation 
   

Qualifications 

• Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in inside sales, meeting, or exceeding sales targets. 

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage and persuade customers. 

• Customer Focus: Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring a positive customer experience. 

• Time Management: Effective time management skills to prioritize leads, follow-ups, and meet sales quotas. 

• Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with other team members, departments, and support functions to achieve common goals. 

• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred): A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred, but not required.
