Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Office and Tech Support Assistant to help in keeping daily operations smooth and efficient. Since our company is still building out its office support team, flexibility and a willingness to learn are key!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with tax preparation and ensure financial documents are organized.
- Social media coordination – create, schedule, and manage posts for company platforms.
- Handle invoicing and financial documentation.
- Create training videos for internal team use.
- Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets (including Profit & Loss statements).
- Work with various computer software to support daily operations.
- Maintain strong customer relations via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Provide general administrative support, helping with whatever tasks arise.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets (comfortable creating and managing spreadsheets).
- Experience with financial tracking & basic accounting.
- Ability to use different software programs and learn new systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Good with numbers and data management.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to new tasks.
- Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Prior experience in administrative support or a related role is a plus!
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in QuickBooks or other accounting software.
- Knowledge of basic video editing for training content.
- Familiarity with cleaning or service-based businesses is a bonus.

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
