We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Dana Safety Supply. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand and will play a key role in ensuring an excellent customer experience. - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Help customers find products that meet their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed product information and recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including stocking shelves and displays.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns with a positive attitude.
- Meet and exceed sales goals, contributing to store success.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and store policies.
- Check-in customer vehicles into the vehicle tracking system and store keys in the designated area. Place identifier on the vehicle at the time it arrives on the property.
- Walk the lot daily to ensure all vehicles have been checked into the system and have been logged in or out.
- Schedule pick-up of completed vehicles.
- Handle parts related phone calls by providing pricing information to customer or gathering enough information to work with a salesperson to provide pricing.
