The Service Delivery Manager is responsible to lead Cepheid’s manufacturing applications support and sustaining teams for the manufacturing sites globally.
This position is part of the Global Systems Engineering group and will be onsite in Lodi, CA. Our vision is to enable digit and smart manufacturing across all Cepheid sites, enabling our manufacturing associates to produce high-quality diagnostics consumables on which our patients can rely.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to :
- Provide guidance, training support, and knowledge as required for Cepheid’s sites worldwide.
- Develop a deep understanding of Cepheid processes, and work with cross-functional teams to gain insights into the scope of service delivery.
- Develop and implement ITIL processes that align with global teams and strategies.
- Ensure service delivery per SLA, in collaboration with corporate IT and third-party vendors.
- Manage a team of professionals to provide guidance, conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and foster expertise for growth.

The salary range for this role is $117,000-$160,800. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay.
