This role is integral to our Aerospace Machine Shop in New Port Richey, FL, dedicated to second shift operations, from 2:45 PM to 11:15 PM, Monday through Friday. Seize this opportunity to perform critical CNC operations that uphold our dedication to precision and quality daily.

Your Journey with Us:

• Operate and set up CNC mills and lathes, optimally selecting tools and fixtures to craft high-quality components. Adjust CNC programs to correct minor errors, ensuring durability and integrity of the parts.
• Utilize advanced inspection tools, compare against blueprints, and complete all documentation, from hazard recognitions to quality data entry.
• Achieve optimal productivity and quality, explore new machining strategies, and mentor colleagues in honing their skills.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED complemented with 3 years of CNC set-up experience or trade school apprenticeship completion with 2 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in blueprint interpretation or the willingness to undergo onsite training.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
