Primary Responsibilities
Join our Indianapolis-based team, where you'll:
- Engineer and maintain efficient injection molding processes.
- Investigate and resolve any production challenges affecting the quality of molded parts.
- Ensure rigorous documentation processes for both new and ongoing projects.
- Participate in experiments to refine processes and establish specifications.
- Collaborate with technical staff to optimize production efficiency.
Your Credentials
- Completion of high school education or GED.
- Minimum of three years’ experience operating and troubleshooting injection molding machinery.Beneficial background: participation in formal education programs or achieving an RJG Master Molder I Certification.
Key Skills
Possessing capabilities in the following areas would further enhance your application:
- Mechanical troubleshooting abilities and proficiency with CAD software.
- Knowledge of materials such as Nylon 6 and Nylon 66.
- Experience in plastic extrusion, blow molding, and thermoforming.
- Competence in blueprint reading and setup of tools and dies.
