Expertise in the diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of residential forced air heating and cooling systems, as well as hot water and steam heating systems.Proficient in the diagnosis, repair, and installation of residential Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) products.Experience in replacing HVAC home controls .Skilled in water heater replacement and diagnosis.Ability to contribute HVAC expertise to cross-division projects .Act as an HVAC safety consultant and maintain a focus on jobsite safety .Strong commitment to adhering to local and national codes when performing work.Serve as a customer liaison and consultant on new products and project planning.Experience in training new employees on company policies and procedures.Commitment to ongoing training and professional development .Ability to read schematics and interpret manufacturer specifications .Compensation details : 80000-150000 Yearly Salary
